Kat's two most favourite ways to spend her time: yoga and hiking

Kat is a 600 hour trained yoga teacher (RYT 600) in Surrey, UK. Having practiced yoga since 2013, Kat certified as a yoga teacher (RYT 200 hours,  Yin 40 hours and Vinyasa 35 hours) in 2019.

In 2020 Kat certified as an Anusara Elements™ yoga teacher, following completion of a further 200 hour training, and in June built on her interest in anatomy and strength by certifying as an Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist (FRCms).

She is a natural teacher, loves being on the mat as much as being outside, and combines yoga and the great outdoors whenever she can.

Kat teaches corporates, groups and private clients in Anusara®, vinyasa, hatha flow, hot yoga, yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and meditation as well as FRC® Mobility.

She believes yoga is truly for every body, whether you want to build strength, get more flexible, are working with injuries or wish to explore a more mindful practice, she has something on offer for you.

Kat currently teaches yoga online, as well as privates and 121s outdoors, and indoors classes, privates and small groups. Kat can come to your home or garden, or teach you from her private home studio in Cobham.
